FC700
Fume hood controller with integrated web server

Microprocessor based system for control and monitoring of fume hood exhaust air volume flow or face velocity in relation to the front sash and slide window opening. Depending on the configuration different operating modes for fume hood control (e.g. fully variable, face velocity, sash sensor) are possible.

The integrated functional monitoring in accordance with EN 14175 offers maximum safety for laboratory staff. When the exhaust air setpoint that is to be regulated is underrun, an acoustic and optical alarm is activated.

Suitable for all fume hood constructions and extraction units. Standard model with differential pressure transmitter.

Complete lab control system

The complete laboratory control system is characterized by its independent operation and consists of the following systems:

  1. Fume hood controller iCM-F
  2. Microprocessor-controlled system for controlling and monitoring the exhaust air volume flow or inflow flow velocity of fume hoods, depending on the sash and slide window opening.

  3. Room pressure controller iCM-RP
  4. Microprocessor-controlled system for controlling and monitoring the freely programmable constant room pressure. The room pressure controller iCM-RP may control the negative or positive room pressure and is delivered completely in a wall housing and with static differential pressure transmitter ± 50 Pa.

    The required damper DK must be ordered separately, at which the size is depending on the maximum air volume to be controlled.

  5. Duct pressure controller iCM-DP
  6. Microprocessor-controlled system for controlling and monitoring the freely programmable constant duct pressure. Alternatively the constant duct pressure can be achieved through the control of a motorized Bleed damper (bypass damper) or the frequency inverter of the fan.
    The duct pressure controller iCM-DP regulates self-sufficient the required freely programmable duct underpressure (extract air) or duct overpressure (supply air) and is delivered completely in the extension housing with integrated static differential pressure transmitter 800 Pa.

iCM-RP
Microprocessor controlled system for regulation and monitoring of the constant room pressure maintenance. It has to be maintained a constant over- or underpressure in clean rooms or laboratories compared to adjoining rooms (e. g. corridor). This avoids the intrusion respectively loosing of contaminated or uncleaned air with an excessive dust content depending on the application.
