BAM-1000
Alarm module

SCHNEIDER BAM-1000 alarm modules can be mounted on site wherever required. They are supplied in a surface-mounting housing design (150 x 150 x 50 mm). Along with direct smoke and fire alarms, functions also include the possibility of an integrated flap drive test. Unrestricted configuration of network variables make it possible to assign any number of flap drives to one or more smoke or fire alarms. A fire alarm in an alarm module automatically triggers the monitored closing process of any number of assigned fire protection flaps. This signal is received by the building services management system at the same time and the motor controller releases the appropriate signal to the LON network upon completed closure. The building services management computer initiates the appropriate action and also checks all incoming telegrams for plausibility. This concept guarantees a very high standard of safety for the user.

 
BMC-1000
Motor controller

The SCHNEIDER BMC-1000 motor controller can operate up to four flap drives (fire protection and/or smoke removal flaps in random array). Switching the motorised flaps on and off is time controlled. The motor current is monitored for permitted levels at the same time. An appropriate fault signal is issued in the bus network if there are any malfunctions. An integrated test function enables easy visual and functional examination of the flap drives in the system. Corresponding LED's signal the status of the respective motor drives.

 
CRP
CRP is suitable for self-sufficient regulation of the required positive or negative room pressure. The specification of setpoints is done via the digital inputs, by programming via the service module SVM100 or optionally via the LON network.

GC10
The GC10 room group controller automatically and decentrally balances the setpoints for laboratory room control (room supply and exhaust air). The room air change rate requirements of DIN 1946, Part 7 are taken into account and are freely programmable. Negative room pressure (in laboratories)or positive room pressure (in clean rooms) may be adjusted by a percentage relative to the room exhaust air or with a fixed offset (e.g. 300 m3/h).

The SCHNEIDER LCO-300 laboratory controller meets the growing need for laboratory control systems. Functions do not only include controlling room air supply and exhaust extraction but also room heating and air-conditioning and an integrated ROUTER function. Two physically separated networks ensure an optimum data transfer with minimum bus load. Any number of external alarms can also be connected. A future-oriented LabSystem product from SCHNEIDER. Naturally with LON networking.

PAD-3000
SCHNEIDER has developed its own software for building management systems to enable optimum connection to the LabSystem product range. The PAD-3000 building services management system guarantees the user the full transparency of an global laboratory system solution. It is used for calling up and regulating relevant laboratory data such as actual exhaust values (laboratory, laboratory extractor, switchable consumers etc.), room temperature, humidity, fault signals and alarms (gas alarm, air too low, fire protection flaps, smoke extractor flaps etc.), remote control in reduced service mode (night-time lowering), front sash closure and parameter assignment to laboratory extractors.
 
PM100
PM100 is suitable for monitoring the required negative or positive room pressure and signals when the setpoint that is to be monitored is exceeded or underrun. The setpoint is defi ned via the digital inputs, by programming via the service module or optionally via the LON network.

VAV-L (LON)
High-speed variable volume flow controller, LON, LON-balancing

In the following types:

Microprocessor controlled, high-speed adaptive control system for variable control of room supply air and room exhaust air volume flows, particularly suitable for clean rooms and laboratories. A high-speed control algorithm compares the setpoint with the actual value measured by a differential pressure transmitter and regulates the flow quickly, precisely and steadily, independent of pressure fluctuations in the duct system. The minimum and maximum volume flow setpoint is freely programmable and is saved mains voltage failure-safe in the EEPROM.
