SCHNEIDER Elektronik GmbH is a company that has been established on the market for more than 60 years. For more than 25 years, we have specialised in the development, production and distribution of electronic regulation and control components for heating, air-conditioning, ventilation, and laboratory technology as well as networked products for building automation and industry.
As a medium-sized company, we work with flat hierarchies to be able to react quickly and flexibly to the needs of our customers. Intensive support in all project phases distinguishes us, from planning to production to professional commissioning with our own staff.
Research and development
The focus of our research and development department is on the development of products that are ready for series production and marketable. Our product range is constantly being further developed and optimised.
In cooperation with customers and users, we develop innovative products according to the current state of the art in compliance with the applicable product-specific standards. We see the improvement of customer and user benefits as a constant challenge.
We consistently rely on decentralised networkable systems. This means that all our HVAC products can be easily adapted to standard bus systems. We have already successfully implemented many network connections for our products via BACnet and Modbus, both via IP networking and via 2-wire bus systems. We have been able to expand our extensive in-house know-how over the years. Thus, remote maintenance and fault diagnosis via the Internet have now also been realised. The advantage for you as a customer is an enormous savings potential as well as the absolute transparency and availability of the system.
Within the SCHAKO Group, we have access to both flow and acoustic laboratories as early as the development phase to guarantee the highest reliability and quality. For optimisation during the development process, we also have the option of CFD simulation within the Group.
Quality management certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001
SCHNEIDER Elektronik is DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certified and has thus successfully met the high requirements of the most widely used quality management system.
This certification confirms that regulated procedures, defined roles and authorities as well as optimised processes are lived and further developed in the company.
Committees and project groups
We are a member of the standards committee “Fume cupboards and laboratory air technology” and are actively involved in the further development of DIN 14175. Through our membership in EGNATON, we support the goal of developing and disseminating sustainable laboratory technologies.
We are actively involved in the BIM IFC4lab project group for the development of binding standards of BIM data for laboratories.
